Now that the rain is beginning to stop and sun is starting to peak through, it finally feels like spring in Ireland! Thank god, did anyone else feel like this year was a long winter or was it just me? Spring is one of my favourite times of year, especially as the brighter mornings & evenings begin to creep in. The lighter & brighter clothes come out of the wardrobe and The spring cleaning starts. I love it! I always feel so motivated to try to fit more into my day and what better time to start venturing out for adventures again in your lighter layers than this time of year.

As you you may know I love exploring, especially Ireland & all that it has to offer. I think we are so lucky to have such beauty on our doorsteps and as it seems there’s a pause on holidays this year (due to saving for our house), what better excuse do you need to stay and travel around at home. Starting first with what’s close to you and in your own county.

I love the grounds at UCC, Cork – like, how beautiful is it! Such a gorgeous place to visit for a walk, with a beautiful art gallery, cafe and lots to see and do onsite. The architecture of the buildings is just stunning and I am sucker for beautiful doors & stone work.

Looking forward to visiting more of what Cork & Ireland has to offer this year. Would love to know your suggestions of your favourite places to visit, please email me or comment below! Always looking for new destinations to explore.

Hope you all have a great weekend, Fi x
