My name is Fiona Kenneally and I set up this blog to create a little world of practical tips and advice, helping you to look good and feel great. I absolutely love fashion, fitness, food and beauty and as a busy working mom, I found it difficult initially to create little ways to help me to feel the very best about myself.
Therefore, I wanted to share these with you all. Whether it is through treating yourself to a fabulous new outfit where you feel amazing or eating gorgeous yet simple food and feeling great. I want to share it all with you. I set this blog up after years of my friends and family telling me that I should share my tips and advice on how I have turned my life around. Since losing my son, I battled with depression and anxiety and have tried my very best to create a happier life and celebrate each little win that has happened along the way!
Having lost over 5 stone, I have managed to create some healthy habits along the way, that have not only helped my mental and physical health but also in turn helped to boost my confidence.
After I had Sophia, I soon found out I had a digestion disorder, suffering from a chronically slow digestive system, lazy bowel and IBS symptoms incl chronic constipation, migraines, fainting and chronic pain. So, for the last four and a half years I have been on a mission to wean myself off copious amounts of medication and avoid major surgery. Thankfully, I have done so and in turn found natural remedies and little things that have massively helped me. I now live as healthily as possible and it has become a massive part of my daily lifestyle and routine.
I have always had a passion for fashion and styling, through working in retail for over 6 years I found my love of staple pieces and flair of shopping within a budget. From dressing women for years within the high street I would like to think that I have an eye for a bargain!
I am a massive foodie. I love cooking and baking healthy alternatives at home but also love travelling around Cork and Ireland researching the best places to eat. I think a lot of my followers (especially on snapchat) agree that I probably get too excited every time I stumble upon a new gem. So if you have any suggestions of where I need to next visit.. let me know! I am always looking for suggestions!
Thanks for reading. I love hearing from you all so if you ever have any questions or would like to get in touch, please do.
